It is easy to understand why Brian Mitchell has earned honors in auto sales, considering that he started at Isringhausen washing cars, devoting more than three decades to become detail manager, service adviser and senior Mercedes sales consultant. "I started in the business at ground level and have worked to understand what's underneath and inside the Mercedes brand, and why other companies aspire to German engineering," Mitchell said.
Certification and ongoing training for Mitchell has involved numerous trips to Mercedes facilities in Southern California and visiting the plant in Germany to get a better understanding of the future innovation goals of the brand.
"I try to offer the same quality of service to all customers, irrespective of what they are spending," he said. "What has helped my success is that Isringhausen actually has a national customer base, in addition to a strong local presence."
Mitchell, who has enjoyed working as a DJ in the past, takes an active role in the community as a volunteer at the Hoogland Center for the Arts and by supporting music ministries at West Side Christian Church.
