David Lee Thursby

Nov. 12, 1968-June 2, 2021

We are reminded of how precious life is every day. Someone who lived his life to the fullest was my co-worker and friend, David Thursby, who died in June, a mere five hours after his last shift at work. He was a friend to all who shopped at Schnuck's on Montvale Drive and the old Schnucks store on Jefferson Street, and he went out of his way to greet everyone. That is the thing I remember most, how he went out and did the job required of him and never complained – something I wish we could all do!

Let's take a moment and remember how precious this life is and remember David.
