In celebration of its 75 years of operation, the Decatur Airport, a Decatur Park District property, is hosting a two-day air show. The show will consist of both civilian and military performers. You will be able to see the precision aerial maneuvers of the U.S. Air Force A-10 Demonstration Team, the strict coordination of the elite demonstration and competition parachute team, the U. S. Army Golden Knights, the exactitude of the aerobatic pilots of the Phillips 66 Aerostars in action and the United States Military Academy at West Point graduate, army veteran and third-generation aviator, Jeff Shetterly, in his warbird, a North American Aviation T-6 Texan.
