While the BOS Center has hosted rodeos before, this Saturday’s event at the convention center will be something a little bit different. It will begin with two hours of extreme bull riding action, followed by two up-and-coming country music acts. Fans of both rodeo and live music can enjoy the best of both worlds. Cord McCoy, producer of the event, is a former world champion professional rodeo cowboy. However, he and his brother, Jet, are also known for taking second place on the television reality show “The Amazing Race 16” in 2010 and returning to the show for two later seasons. After the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association competition, A Thousand Horses will open at 8:30 p.m. for Larry Fleet, who takes the stage at 9:45 p.m. Tickets range from $20 to $80 on Ticketmaster.
