On Thursday, May 5, join Downtown Springfield, Inc. and Illinois REALTORS for a self-guided tour of downtown residential and commercial spaces that are otherwise inaccessible to the general public. This year’s tour stops include a brewery, high-rise apartments, a historic hotel, newly-renovated office spaces and more. See the St. Nicholas Hotel, The Alamo/Downtown Golf, the CoTerra shared office space in the Kerasotes Building on Sixth Street, the former Cavanaugh Law Office, Mangia and Obed and Isaac’s. The tour costs $12 when you buy your tickets in advance at http://downtownupperstorytour.eventbrite.com. Tickets may also be purchased the day of the tour at all locations for $15. Attendees will receive a wristband at their first tour site and proceed to other sites at their own pace and order.
