Think you can design, build and navigate a boat made of cardboard? Here's your chance to create a cardboard craft and sail (or sink) in a competition for awards including "best design," "fastest boat" and "fastest sinker." An annual charity benefiting Special Olympics Illinois. Registration due 5pm Sep. 1.
