Heads up, folks! Here comes the best from the west, as Cathy Lemons (vocals) and Phil Berkowitz (vocals, harmonica) bring The Lucky Losers in from San Francisco by way of a Midwest tour. Known as the top male/female-fronted blues band from the Bay Area, the duo is joined by a killer (as they say) band of renowned musicians set to deliver “an inventive, hypnotic spin on 60s Chicago blues,” that will knock your socks off and blow your mind, all for the good of your blues soul. Before joining forces as a life couple and a music duo back in 2013, the two seasoned musicians led lives in the major scene of professional music that seemed destined to converge. Recent CD recordings made as The Lucky Losers with producer Kid Andersen have garnered critical praise and reached high spots on blues charts, especially their latest release, In Any Town. The front-person pair spent most of 2017 taking The Lucky Losers across the country; they now bring the music to you.
