By calling themselves the “Greatest Rock-n-Roll Band in the World” these guys don’t lack in confidence or go much for modesty, but without mustering bluster and blasting out the jams, these guys wouldn’t be Supersuckers. Originally from Tucson, they signed to Sub Pop Records in 1992  after moving to Seattle and being around during the Great Grunge Grab. Held together by the sublime charm of lead guy and bass player-singer Eddie Spaghetti (possibly not his real name), the band keeps moving, playing now with “Metal” Marty Chandler and Dan “Thunder” Bolton on vocals/guitars and “Captain” Chris Von Streicher on drums. 1997’s Must’ve Been High country-style record made some noise and in 2014, they released Get the Hell on Acetate Records, the ninth studio album from a group that seems to get fans from all quarters to agree. Metalheads say these guys rock out, alternative country folks say they do country right and punks are rad about the attitude and tattoos, so what’s not to like about this band? You’re right. Nothing.
