Gentlemen: Enclosed is form MC 20g
filled out to the best of my ability. I
note that there is no provision made
for recording such expense items as
payroll taxes, repairs to plant and
machinery, plant rental, insurance,
property tax, depreciation, advertising,
telephone, office supplies and accounting,
donations, association dues, bad debts
and milk hauling. Perhaps they should
appear under item 8. If so, that total
should be raised by $14,640.00. This,
of course, will change some figures
under item 13. Trusting you will find
the report in good order. Yours very truly
