Although Teresa Caputo reports that she has been seeing spirits since she was four years old, it wasn’t until she was well into her 20s that she began to understand her role as a medium and learned to utilize her talents to communicate with souls in heaven by tuning into what is called “spirit energy.” After many failed attempts at treating Theresa’s debilitating anxiety with hours of therapy, Theresa was referred by her mother to Pat Longo, a spiritual healer and teacher who helped Theresa realize that her anxiety was stemming from Theresa inadvertently suppressing the energy of the varying spirits. Once Theresa learned to use chakras to channel spirits and release the spirit through the power of her words, Theresa embarked on her career as a practicing medium, and has spent the past 10 years delivering healing messages that help people learn, grow and come into their own.
