The UIS Kitchen Sink Series continues Saturday, Feb. 11, with the impressive talent of soloist and multi-instrumentalist Ruth Moody in UIS Studio Theatre. Although best known for her role as a founding member of the internationally renowned, Billboard-charting trio, The Wailin’ Jennys, Ruth Moody is an exceptional solo artist full of depth and grace. Critics have lauded her ethereal vocals, impressive multi-instrumentalism (she plays guitar, banjo, accordion, piano and bodhrán), and her talent as a songwriter.
