There’s something enchanting about the story of Peter Pan and his adventures on the island of Neverland. He was created in 1902 by Scottish playwright and novelist J.M. Barrie. Since then, the mischievous boy who can fly and never ages has starred in many plays, movies and books. Peter Pan, the leader of the Lost Boys, leads a life of adventure interacting with fairies, mermaids and Native Americans as well as matching wits with pirates led by Captain Hook. Sometimes he even meets children from outside Neverland. Now, the classic fairytale is getting a contemporary retelling by the Dance Arts Youth Company and Dance Arts Studio. The show is directed by Gina DeCroix Russell in collaboration with DAYCO dancers and DAS staff. Reserved seating is $15. Children ages 5 and younger are only $5.
