A Friday night fairytale

This weekend’s hottest – or should we say iciest – party for kids is the Sangamon Valley Youth Performance Group’s Fairytale Ball. The Friday night dinner and dancing event is open to Frozen fans and fairy princess lovers of all ages. Enjoy a buffet dinner followed by DJ music and dancing, games, activities and very special appearances by princesses Anna and Elsa from Frozen. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in fairy princess attire. Tickets are available in advance and cost $25 for adults or $15 for children ages 13 and under. Proceeds from the Fairytale Ball benefit the Sangamon Youth Valley Performance Group, a nonprofit organization created to encourage and cultivate artistically talented youth in our community through the opportunity to perform.
