Kick off your holiday season with a special Thanksgiving and Christmas shopping event at the Lincoln Memorial Garden Nature Center, home to the Split Rail Shop. The annual holiday market features handcrafted items made over the past couple of months from area artisans, such as centerpieces, swags, wreaths, one-of-a-kind tree ornaments and more. Early bird shoppers are invited to partake in special evening hours on Friday, Nov. 17, from 4 p.m. through 7 p.m. Light refreshments, wine and cider will be offered to shoppers on Friday only. Regular market hours run from 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. through 4 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free, and all proceeds from the holiday market support educational programming at Lincoln Memorial Garden.
