Mayhem in music
Oh, how I do love the month of May, with may-puns, may-days, maybes and may I’s all flowing together into a regular, delightful “mayhem” of merry-making, set up for weather-adjusted times of fun in the sun. Our live music scene is bursting at the seams, making up for last year’s loss by piling on the […]
May Day music and more

Greetings fellow travelers, as we’re coming ’round the bend, heading out of the pandemic parking lot and back onto the highway of how it used to be. Please continue to be diligent in being careful and staying safe so that our adventure may continue, working through the muck and back to solid ground. As more […]
Nearly normal music
Well, well, well, it’s been a while coming, but I can almost say, things are looking nearly normal for music-making on the scene. Not to get too far gone on this since it’s still early in the game, but you’ll find a good bunch of familiar acts back on stage this weekend. I’d like to […]

On March music
Look out below as we whip on through the month of March like a lion laying down with the lamb, or something such as that anyway. More music bubbles to the surface of the scene as we all continue to do our best to follow safety precautions while the pandemic seems to slip-slide away ever […]
A St. Pat’s pause
Here’s hoping you’re doing fine and fuzzy, while getting ready for some St. Patrick’s Day shenanigans in the best way possible, under the circumstances, of living within the constraints of a worldwide pandemic. We’re continuing to see an increase in live music, all while hoping beyond hope things will keep traveling in a safe direction. […]

February finals
As we roll on into the last weekend of February 2021 (I know, right?), local, live mus ic shows are coming back as we approach our anniversary date of the lockdown, quarantine or whatever you want to call it, that occurred on March 21, 2020. Everything I have heard, seen or been informed of so […]
