the story is that my grampa
as a young man in college
boarded a train at madison
carrying a large package of
limburger cheese he carefully
stowed it on the overhead rack
at one end of the warm coach
then made his way to the far
end and sat there now is this
bit of history worth keeping in
perpetuity sure why not it’s
already been kept this long what
I wonder is who saw him do it
and told on him or did he tell it
on himself maybe one of the
passengers suffering under the
odor made a complaint grampa
should have passed out crackers
