Families can learn all about collections — how to start a collection and how to keep it in great shape – and explore the collections of Springfield area kids and teens March 13 from 1-3 p.m. at the museum. There will be no sales or appraisals at this event. Families with younger children, ages 4-8, can learn how to begin, grow and protect a collection with ongoing games, crafts and activities that take 30 to 45 minutes to complete, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. No registration is required for either of these events.
