Formed in 2010 in Richmond, Virginia, Broadside took the time to cultivate, promulgate and perpetuate music worth hearing and a concert worth seeing. Recently signed to Chicago’s Victory Records, the band released their debut album Old Bones on May 19, with the video for the single “Coffee Talk” now available on YouTube. They take this pop/punk/rock stuff seriously while making a cross-country tour to begin to bring their “youthful, energetic anthems” to a deserving and welcoming world. Likened to punk-pop forefathers such as A Day to Remember, The Descendents, New Found Glory and Taking Back Sunday, Broadside blazes a new trail through the old territory, establishing a firm footing as a band on the rise with something to say and saying it loud and proud. Picked by Alternative Press as one of the top 100 bands to watch in 2015, Ollie (vocals), Niles (guitar), Dorian (guitar), Josh (bass) and Andrew (drums) live up to their potential at every show.
