Celtic celebration

Pack a chair or blanket in your car and head out to Washington Park for the Celtic sounds of local bands Exorna, Elks Pipes and Drums and The Emerald Underground as the Springfield Park District and Foundation presents a free afternoon of music. Some concessions are available.
