More and more businesses are struggling with
misleading, disparaging and flat out false
information spread across the internet about
their people, products or services. Of course,
worse yet, what if the published information is
true or somewhat true? Trying to figure out and
navigate the most efficient and effective methods
to combat the spread of such information is often
difficult and quite confusing. Businesses must
balance many factors including, but not limited
to, effective and appropriate communications with
employees, customers, suppliers and vendors.
Will discuss the most pertinent laws at issue
and ways organizations can manage bad "press".
