A six-week class on the Tibetan Buddhist practice of Tonglen meditation will be starting May 17th, facilitated by Adam Koch. Love offerings accepted.

Tonglen is an ancient meditation that uses the practices of visualization and sympathetic imagination to develop selfless compassion and kindness towards others. It’s simple to learn but profound in its effects to calm the self centered and negative emotions that are so prevalent in our world today and that cause so much misery for self and others.
