Our Town

Thornton Wilder's timeless drama of life in the mythical village of Grover’s Corners, New Hampshire, is an American classic. It first appeared on Broadway in 1938 and won the Pulitzer Prize. Famed playwright Edward Albee called Our Town “the greatest American play ever written.” Our Town explores the relationship between two neighbors, George Gibbs and Emily Webb, whose childhood friendship blossoms into romance, and then culminates in marriage. This new multi-cultural production of the classic American play Our Town will be presented April 28, 29 and 30.
