Online mini science fair

Kidzeum invites you to flex those big brains! With all this time at home, we at Kidzeum think it is important to stay active and creative. To promote this way of thinking, we invite you to take part in our Mini Science Fair!

It's simple! Through Thursday, March 26, we will be accepting submissions from families all over Illinois to showcase their creative side. The rules are as follows:

All submissions must follow the theme of Science (the S of STEAM).
Projects can be as big or small as you choose but MUST be done with adult supervision! (Everyday items from around the house are perfectly acceptable to use when making this project!)

Families may assist with the projects (but please allow the kids to lead).

No dangerous, graphic or illicit materials may be included in these projects!

Submissions must include a detailed explanation of the project, as well as pictures or videos showing us your project in action. (The description can be written in our online submission form.)
BE SAFE!

That’s it! You can be as creative as you want as long as you follow these six rules. If your project is picked, it may be featured on Kidzeum's website and social media!

The winner of the science fair will receive a free, one-year Individual +1 membership to Kidzeum! (Kidzeum members will receive a one-year extension of their current membership.)
