Roxy Theatricals presents the Always ... Patsy Cline, April 12-14, 18-21, at The Legacy Theatre. The musical is based on the true story of Cline’s friendship with Houston fan Louise Seger. After meeting in a Texas bar in 1961, Seger and Cline continued to correspond until Cline’s death in a plane crash in 1963. The title of the show was inspired by Patsy’s letters to Louise, which were signed, “Love Always ... Patsy Cline.” Lori Ann McCabe stars as Patsy Cline and Sandra Fritz as Louise Seger. The Bodacious Bobcats are Doug Hahn, Mary E. Myers, Gary Davis and Robb Stark. The show offers a great way to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Cline’s death. And you’ll hear all the spellbinding hits Cline is famous for: “Crazy,” “I Fall to Pieces,” “Sweet Dreams,” “Walking After Midnight” and more.
