Forest Therapy

Forest Therapy is a practice of deepening a sense of connection with nature through a 1.5- 2-hour slow wander through nature. Sessions are led by Cassandra Claman, a certified guide, whose role is to open possible natural connections by offering invitations that help develop a more sensory and embodied relationship with the surrounding nature and forest. In addition, this experience has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and depression and help us slowdown from our hectic lives. Register online.
