Forest Therapy

Forest therapy is a practice of deepening a sense of connection with nature through a 1.5-2-hour slow wander through nature. Sessions are led by Cassandra Claman, a certified guide, whose role is to open possible natural connections that help develop a more sensory and embodied relationship with the surrounding nature and forest. In addition, this experience has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and depression.
