Forest Therapy

Forest Therapy, is a practice of deepening a sense of connection or relationship with nature through a 1.5- 2-hour walk. It is typically a slow wander through nature. A Forest Therapy walk is led by a certified guide whose role is to open the possible natural connections by offering invitations that help participant develop a more sensory and embodied relationship with the surrounding nature and forest. This experience has been shown to lower blood pressure, and reduce anxiety and depression.
