Forest Therapy

Forest Therapy, is a practice of deepening a sense of connection or relationship with nature through a 1.5- 2-hour walk. This Experience is led by a certified guide, whose role is to open the possible nature connections by offering invitations that help the participant develop a more sensory and embodied relationship with nature and forest. This experience has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and depression. Lincoln Memorial Garden will be hosting two individual Forest Therapy sessions. Cassandra Claman will serve as the guide for these sessions. Group size is limited, and pre-registration is required.
