Elaine Diane Roth

Oct. 14, 1934-Oct. 7, 2021

Elaine Diane Roth was the picture of kindness. She always had a smile that was gentle and contagious, and she rarely had a conversation that didn't mention Jesus. Her unwavering love for our Lord, her selfless nature and the way the Holy Spirit shown through her made Elaine special.

She had a servant's heart of gold that was evident through her nursing career and the numerous ways she volunteered in her community. She had a heart so full of love for her neighbor, it spilled over into two more generations of daughters and grandchildren who also chose paths in health care. She spent her days loving her family well, keeping up with dear friends, making memories with her great-grandchildren, attending horse shows, celebrating holidays and birthdays and playing Skip-Bo.

One of her last conversations included how she couldn't wait to meet Jesus and how we needed to continue to lead people to Him. May she be remembered as a teacher, an encourager, a fierce prayer warrior, a gracious loser, a humble winner, a brilliant card player and, most importantly, an incredible mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who passed on a strong faith that will inspire generations to come.
