Rhetoric may be the most important weapon of war. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, looking tough in his military fatigue T-shirt, is already famous for "I don't need a ride. I need more ammunition" and "I'm not hiding. I'm not afraid of anyone." Now to the British Parliament he invoked Winston Churchill: "We will fight to the end, at sea, in the air. We will fight in the forests, in the fields, on the shores, in the streets." Can President Biden, committed to non-military weapons, likewise inspire the American people? "We shall endure pain at the gas pumps and in the stock markets, we shall fight with bank shutdowns, and internet disruption. We will kill your yachts not your youth, bomb your bullying not your buildings. We will defend freedom, whatever the cost may be." –Fletcher Farrar, editor
