Let's Get Fit is a chair based group exercise program designed specifically to meet the needs of older adults who are looking to incorporate more physical activity into their lives. These classes consist of aerobic, strengthening, balance and flexibility exercises.Meets in person. 217-528-4035

Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems. This in-person caregiver support group meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. For the safety of our constituents, volunteers and staff, everyone attending an Alzheimer's Association event indoors must wear a mask and social distance.
