    The American Lung Association Freedom from Smoking class meets at the Memorial Center for Learning and Innovation every Tuesday from 5-6:30 p.m. beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020 and will conclude after seven weeks on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020. During this course, participants will set a quit date, create a personalized plan to prepare for quitting and build strategies for managing stressors during and after you quit.
