La Loma is by far the best Mexican owned, and run place in Springfield.
It is clean, beautifully decorated old world Mexico mode, conveniently located, the servers are great, extremely accomodating, great lunch specials, and you can have any lunch special all day long for a buck more!.
This is very fine mexican fare. Period.
Ive had the chile poblano a couple times, camarones diablo is my favorite, as is the nacho fundido! Oh yea, their beers are always freezing cold!
Did not care for the Chicken and Rice soup, Xochimilco is the place to go for that!
