Benld Adopt-A-Pet will hold a fundraiser at PetCo, 2721 S. Veterans Parkway, on Sunday, March 17, from noon to 4 p.m. Children and/or pets may have their pictures taken with the Easter bunny. The photos will cost $8 each. An adoption will be held at the same time and location.
All donations will benefit the animals who are cared for and adopted through Benld Adopt-A-Pet. Adopt-A-Pet, founded in 1983, re-homes approximately 800 to 1,000 animals per year. The organization receives no government funding and is reliant on volunteers, fund-raisers and donations to care for its animals.
