NEED VENDORS!! Please call or text if interested, 217-725-7232. Funds earned will to to a woman's shelter. More than 20 vendors, raffle and baby contest. Bring a picture of your baby and enter to be in the 2013 Cutest Baby Contest (age between newborn and 3-years-old). Voting will take place during the event. Winner will be announced at 4:30 p.m. Must be present to win. There will be three winners.
