Jerrie Blakely, chairman of the Springfield and Central Illinois African-American History Museum Foundation, will be the guest speaker at the monthly meeting of Church Women United in Springfield at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, in the third floor chapel at First Christian Church, 700 S. Sixth Street. The foundation runs the Springfield and Central Illinois African-American History Museum.
